Simply Mediation Workshop

It is more than just a technique. It can impact your whole life by transforming how you feel inside and how you look at life. The key signature of Simply Meditation is that Love which is inside of you is not dependent on anything external for its Existence. This meditation has come through traditions and is secular in nature as rediscovering Love resonates with everyone. This can be taught over 5-6 hours or over 6 weeks ( 1 hour everyday ). It completely changes your outlook towards yourself & others.

Chair Yoga

We start the practice with / without use of grounding essential oils. Must do for office goers who spend most of the time sitting on a chair. It is good for overall health if practiced regularly. It is a gentle form of yoga which can be practiced sitting on a chair or standing on the ground while using the chair as a prop.

Pre-Natal Yoga

It is a good way for pregnant working women to take some time off from work & relax at work place. It can be practiced on chair or on ground & using chair as a prop. It focuses on simple breathing techniques & asana.

Post Natal Yoga

It is a good way for mums to gain back their strength & flexibility after post pregnancy. Recommendation after 6-10 weeks depending upon natural or Cesarean birthing. It can be practiced on chair or on ground & using chair as a prop. It focuses on simple to moderate breathing techniques & asana.

Sound Bath

A sound bath is a gentle, yet powerful, experience for the mind and body. The sounds are created by a variety of instruments, including Gongs, Shruti box, Himalayan Healing Bowls and Chimes. It invites participants to deepen their rest and relaxation and explore self-inquiry.

Sound Aroma Bath

A sound bath is a gentle, yet powerful, experience for the mind and body.The sounds are created by a variety of instruments, including Gongs, Shruti box, Himalayan Healing Bowls and Chimes. The powerful combination of Sound & Essential oils bring this session to another level of peace & tranquility. which is gentle, therapeutic and calming in nature.

We combine yoga asanas to activate & balance the specific Chakra which gets deepened with the specific Chakra Mantra sound & with specific Chakra essential oils making the participants grounded & recharged.

OM Chanting with Guided Meditation

OM Chanting is an ancient powerful healing technique brought back to help restore balance & unity in people and world. OM is primordial sound that creates & pervades entire Universe. OM belongs to all Humanity regardless of Nationality, Religion & Ethnicity. OM, collectively benefits Mother Earth, and heal the surroundings where the OM group, circles takes place. On personal level it supports emotionally, physically, mentally & spiritually. It is great for pregnant ladies, unborn babies and autism children. It is followed by Guided Meditation where participants are guided to focus on subtle body by focusing on breath and observing the changes within.

OM Chanting with Gong Bath

In this we conduct OM chanting followed by healing sounds of Mandalay Gong which is infused with love and positivity and supports the participants at all levels: emotionally, physically, mentally & spiritually.

Yoga Nidra

It promotes deep rest and relaxation with a trace of awareness. The stages of body scan and breath awareness with / without use of essential oils can be practiced to calm the nervous system, heart & body, leading to less stress and sound health. If yoga nidra is practiced correctly, one can train the subconscious mind completely and then the ordinary mind & intellect will follow suit.
