Atma Kriya Yoga
Atma Kriya Yoga
What is Atma Kriya Yoga?
Atma Kriya Yoga is the most powerful form of Yoga given to the world today by Eminent Yogi Paramhamsa Sri Swami Vishwananda and Mahavatar Babaji. The Atma Kriya Yoga tradition includes many of the greatest Yoga Masters the world has ever known.
The beauty of Atma Kriya Yoga lies in its simplicity. It allows people who have never meditated before to easily understand the practice, while at the same time it gives experienced meditators techniques to go much deeper within. What one experiences after practising Atma Kriya yoga is beyond the words and the mind to understand.
It is a science of yoga which helps you to unlock your potential, optimise your inner strength to achieve your desired inner goals. It helps you to love yourself and understand that you are just a Soul, a pure Consciousness.
It changes the vibratory fields of the physical and mental aspect, initiates an intensive purification process in our body and mind. Your whole life is transformed, not only how you feel about yourself but also how you react to the situations in your life. It helps you to live a stress-free and more focused life.
OM Chanting is one of the techniques of Atma Kriya Yoga.

The most powerful form of Yoga
Shaktipat is the reason why Atma Kriya Yoga is the most powerful form of Yoga today. It is the energy of an ancient yoga tradition being handed over to the Kriya Sadhak (the practitioner of Atma Kriya Yoga). It awakens one’s latent energy and potential power and unlocks the Divine Light that is dormant inside of the chakras. It burns lifetimes of karma negativity. It also guarantees the success of the techniques and the safety of the Kriya Sadhak. It allows the Kriya Sadhak to make swift progress in the techniques and to achieve not just some limited benefits, but the fullness of what Atma Kriya Yoga has to offer.
