I have not consumed Wheat and Rice for almost a month now. It was a decision made after I had a dream where I was instructed to leave these 2 things for a month for my Highest Good. I brushed it aside as a mere dream, but there was inner conflict within me and so strong was the voice that I acceded. I replaced my wheat and Rice with Sago, Quinoa, CousCous, Barnyard millet, Buck wheat. It wasn’t so difficult as I had imagined it to be. On the contrary I got new learnings and experiences from my dream.
1. Life has Many Options, one door closes (rice & wheat) on you others open (CousCous, quinoa, etc)
2. Never Over Indulge in anything, some self control is important as it strengthens your will power (limited snack option)
3. Do not be too Dependent on people & things they can leave / disappear anytime, as rice & wheat
4. Be Confident in your choices and move ahead positively, as I discovered varied yummy food options and recipes
5. Life is Simple, Joyful and Stress Free with less attachments / wants. My body & tummy is always happy & light).
