Its pretty queer that 9 year old girl tells me what should matter the most . So let me give you a little background, My daughter had auditioned for her musical show in School, like any mother I was excited and was sure that she will be will be selected. Yes, she was selected but not in the main cast, but in the supporting role.
She practiced hard like all the other students and on the day of show , I was very excited and I must say it was a spectacular show. But deep inside I was not feeling too happy, rather I had mixed feelings.
So I casually mentioned to my daughter that I wish you were in the main cast. Her answer shocked and surprised me , This what she said “Maa it does not matter, we are a team right from the Choir to all the Support & main Cast. We are the backbone of the show. All of us were equally important in the success of the show”.
I was in awe and nodded my head in unison
The very next day when I sat down to do my Kriya yoga, lost in my meditation, I had a vision where I saw all the children performing on the stage, and saw all them were beads of the same string (Mala) equally significant and powerful. They were inextricably interlinked and intertwined, each of them were reflecting their shadow on one another. Then I saw my own daughter in every child. The feeling of sadness turned into immense joy & happiness.
Powerful vision led to paramount comprehension that we all are interconnected and if we see everyone in the same light as we see us, this world will be full of Peace, Love, Happiness & Contentment.
Happy Women’s Day.
